Peter de Savary, the creator of exclusive private clubs such as The Carnegie Club, The St. James Clubs worldwide, Cherokee Plantation and Bovey Castle amongst others, is pleased to announce the sale of two villas and two apartments at an introductory price for a limited time.
Set on a majestic hillside among lush tropical gardens, Mount Cinnamon consists of 22 spacious luxury hacienda suites and villas, all with stunning views of Grand Anse Beach – one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. All the accommodation at Mount Cinnamon is spacious and airy and furnished turnkey. The interior whitewashed living spaces have beamed cathedral ceilings leading to large outdoor-living terraces. Both are comfortably furnished with contemporary fixtures and fittings with subtle hints of Grenada’s colourful character.
Each unit has a stylish, fully-fitted kitchen and breakfast bar complete with colour co-ordinated Smeg fridges, providing a light and chic look. A separate guest bathroom adjoins the living area.
The real stars of the villas are the master bedroom suites, which come with a huge luxurious bed – a real princess and the pea style bed. The villas’ bedrooms have large balconies with breath-taking sea views.
The four properties for sale consist of:
- Two one-bedroom, duplex villas fully furnished, on a freehold basis with the possibility to extend to two bedrooms. Priced at US$650,000 (£394,000) reduced by US$100,000 (£60,000)
- Two one-bedroom hacienda apartments fully furnished, with a share of the freehold. Priced at US$500,000 (£303,000) reduced by US$95,000 (£57,570)
Owners have the option to retain their property for private use, or to join a rental group managed by Mount Cinnamon. In addition, owners included within the rental pool will receive 100 percent of the rent achieved, until the annual rental service charge has been met. After this point, the rental income will be split 50/50 percent between the property owners and the management.
Commenting, de Savary said: “With the global economy turning a corner, now is the right time to offer the remaining villas to the market. Positive signs of inward investment to Grenada is very encouraging, and with the recently completed Port Louis Marina attracting increasing attention as well as celebrities, this would not only be the time to acquire a property with rental and capital potential, but would also provide the buyer with a stunning holiday home on one of the prettiest and friendliest islands in the Caribbean”.
Close proximity to the island’s wealth of activities and attractions, including plantation tours, world-renowned diving, hiking, river tubing, sailing, kayaking and more, plus access to the resort’s private beach cabana, Mount Cinnamon offers guests the ultimate Caribbean resort experience. Grenada has direct flights from the UK, Canada, US, Germany and inter-island in the Caribbean.
