Available to rent year-round, stylish BayView has exclusive access to a beautiful infinity pool with a shaded seating area and views that are simply spectacular. The well-appointed villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, but actually can accommodate up to eight people in total by using a bed settee in one of the bedrooms and bed settees provided in the lounge area.
An outside seating area with gazebo and sun loungers and a shaded area around the pool offer the perfect places to relax and unwind while the lounge area has seating, WiFi and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table, fridge freezer, dishwasher and kettle, bedding is provided and for those hiring a car there are parking spaces available:
The property overlooks several Greek islands including: Simi, Rhodes, Tilos and Chalki. The ancient city of Kinidos, at the end of the peninsula, has a great deal of history and there are many stories around the original statue of Aphrodite. The Kinidos Lion (one of a pair) is situated in the Atrium of the British Museum
Access to the property
Datca is a small seaside town about 14km away and the airports to use are either Dalaman or Bodrum. Car hire is essential from Dalaman which is approximately 2 .5 – 3 hours away from BayView Villa. Bodrum has a ferry so you can get to the ferry port via a two hour ride.
