What wonderful places! I only wish I had the dosh to grab one of them. It would be a life I'd never want to give up. I also looked at the actual hotel websites at www.scottshotel.com and www.scottsgalilea.com and they just reinforced my feelings. Anybody out there who wants a hotel partner? You put up the money -- or most of it -- and I'll run it, them. I've got the language and most of the experience necessary. Hop aboard! If I remember rightly Binissalem was one of the few small towns in Mallorca that was in really well cared for through-out. Beautiful, carefully and dare I say tastefully restored houses everywhere. I remember looking at a property or two round there - and seeing the enormous wine barrels in bodegas in the side streets. A gem in the treasure what is Mallorca. Thanks for remnding me - hope the sale goes well for George and Judy. That’s a beautiful part of the world.
